Oklahoma Basketball Stars Named McDonald’s All American Nominees

OKLAHOMA BASKETBALL STARS NAMED McDONALD’s ALL AMERICAN NOMINEES 

Nine of Oklahoma’s hardwood heroes have been nominated as possible selections as McDonald’s All-Americans. Six girls and three boys were chosen from Oklahoma high school basketball teams from among the more than 900 high school basketball players nationwide as nominees for the annual All-Star game that will be played April 1 in Houston.

Taylen Collins – Muldrow

The six girls earning nominations include Taylen Collins-Muldrow, Yvette Mayberry-Tulsa Washington, Rylee Langerman-Christian Heritage, Katelyn Levings-Edmond Memorial, Maddie Carlile-Arkoma and Mackenzie Crusoe-Choctaw.

Rondel Walker – Putnam City West

The trio of boys nominated included  are Bryce Thompson-Tulsa Washington, Rondel Walker-Putnam City West and Brock Davis-Holland Hall.

This will be the 43rdannual boys game and 19thannual girls contest. A committee of coaches and media members from across the country will select the final rosters.
