Cheyenne Gill

Freshman – Enid High School
Head Coach: Wade Rogers

Tennis is the most decorated sport at Enid High School. Freshman Cheyenne Gill qualified for the Class 6A State Tennis Championships at No. 2 singles along with teammates Ashley Handing and Emma Rose at No. 1 doubles. Gill has played tennis since she was three years old. She entered her first USTA tournament at age 12 and loves the game. Gill prefers singles and calls herself persistent. Coach Rogers says she competes for every point. Gill practices and takes lessons from Matt Lopez and Jessie Quintaro. She is dedicated to tennis and wants to play in college and perhaps professionally. That she will decide over the next seven years of practicing and practicing and competing at high levels in the USTA. Keep your eye on freshman Cheyenne Gill. She will add to the trophy case at Enid High and hopefully reach her goals.
